MESA

Are you pursuing a rigorous STEM career? If so, the Mathematics, Engineering, & Science Achievement Program (MESA) aims to help underserved and underrepresented students achieve success in math and science-based degrees. By joining MESA you will be embraced by a supportive community of students, faculty, counselors, and staff all focused on math, engineering, and science-related career engagement, and your SUCCESS in these subjects! What sets MESA apart from other programs is the strong partnership with local industries (internship opportunities) and Norco's STEM faculty and dedicated MESA counselor who will provide mentorship and guidance every step of the way.

The MESA program has a dedicated space inside the STEM Center (Room 122) where MESA students receive the support they need to be successful in college, including specialized STEM tutoring and counseling.

MESA Counseling

Welcome to the Norco College MESA community!

My name is Brittnee Quintanar and I have worked in higher education since 2006 and as a California Community College (CCC) counselor and instructor since 2014. As an alumni of two Inland Empire CCCs, I am honored to give back to the system that opened many doors of economic upward mobility for myself and my family. I absolutely love being a CCC counselor and helping students like yourself realize and achieve your career and academic goals! I especially enjoy working with STEM students, helping you navigate a rigorous course load and successful transfer to a university for completion of your bachelor's degree. I look forward to getting to know you and learning about your personal academic and career goals. Please reach out to me with any questions or assistance scheduling a MESA counseling appointment.
