The Planning and Development division leads the college's institutional effectiveness and external engagement efforts. This unit includes Accreditation, Equity, Grants, Institutional Effectiveness, Research, Strategic Planning and select strategic initiatives. Planning & Development supports Norco College in (re)defining community college education while supporting efforts to increase college-going rates and college-completion rates.
