Technology Support Services

The Technology Support Services (TSS) team is pleased to support computing and audio/visual devices purchased and approved by TSS to follow standards to properly maintain and support them. The TSS team includes the IT and AV groups.

Employees in need of technical support, please submit a ServiceDesk request and provide the NC asset tag number of the equipment, contact information and a brief description of the issue. This is the required process for all employees.
