Experience
Ms. Gonzalez brings over 17 years of experience in higher education, including roles in academic advising, career services, curriculum, and Admissions and Records. Ms. Gonzalez most recently served as the Director for Admissions and Records at College of the Desert. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of La Verne, a master’s degree from Chapman University, and a master's degree in counseling from Northern Arizona University. She has a passion for working in higher education and providing efficient and streamlined services to students and the college community. Ms. Gonzalez is looking forward to meeting all of you and working together to serve students.
Fun Fact: She previously worked at RCCD in 2006 as an administrative assistant, so she is proud to be returning to the district in a new capacity. When she's not at work, you can find her spending time with family, friends, and her 2-year-old miniature pinscher, Mr. Leopold Archer.
