Our Student Services professionals are committed to empowering college students by enhancing personal and educational achievements through our comprehensive programs and services. Student Services is dedicated to educating, serving, supporting, and promoting student success for a diverse community of learners in a student-centered environment.

Admissions & Records The Admissions & Records Office is open for in person assistance. Whether you’re new to Norco College or you've been here before, Admissions and Records on the first floor of the Student Services Building is the place to begin or continue your educational journey.	Career Center The Norco College Career Center serves students and alumni through career planning and employment services to connect them with tools, resources, people, and organizations that support their paths to success in the workforce.	Counseling Class selection, Student Educational Plan (SEP), readmit contract, graduation petition, transfer eligibility, prerequisite validation, and more!
Disability Resource Center (DRC) The Disability Resource Center supports enrolled students with reasonable academic adjustments for educational opportunities.	Dual Enrollment Norco College's Dual Enrollment program allows high school students to earn free college credits, explore career pathways, and fulfill graduation requirements early through classes taught on their high school campus or online.	EOPS/CARE/ NextUp EOPS/CARE/NextUp is a group of academic support programs that assist students disadvantaged by language, social, economic, and educational circumstances.
Financial Aid The Norco College Student Financial Services Department is dedicated to providing quality customer service and financial aid assistance to all students in need of financial resources to help them achieve their educational goals.	Basic Needs Whether you're facing challenges with food, housing, or other essential needs, you're not alone—and we’re here to help. Our Basic Needs program offers support and resources to assist you during difficult times.	Foster Youth Foster Youth (Phoenix Scholars) is a collaboration between college and community partners to lead the effort in improving the educational experience and outcomes of young people from foster care at Norco College.
Health Services Student Health & Psychological Services at Norco College are here to support your health and well-being through both in-person and Telehealth appointments.	Learning Support Resources In-Person and online academic support services are available throughout the semester, and all services are FREE!	Student Employment Boost student learning with on- and off-campus jobs through Department Funded, Federal, or CalWORKs Work Study positions.
Transfer Center Our Transfer Center is dedicated to helping you navigate the transfer process by providing essential information, guidance on requirements, and support with every step.	Veterans Services Norco College welcomes all veterans, active duty military members, and VA dependents with varying educational goals to begin or continue their education.
