Wellness Events & Workshops
Norco College Student Health Services offers Virtual Wellness Activities and Workshops throughout the academic year. These sessions provide a supportive space to learn, connect, and explore topics related to mental health and personal well-being.
Workshops and wellness groups are updated each term. Be sure to check back at the beginning of every term to see what is being offered. Please note that workshops are only available when classes are in session.
Prioritize your wellness by joining us to discover tools for managing stress, improving balance, and supporting your personal growth.
