Prior to LBCC, she held several dean positions in outreach and relations, student services, and outreach and recruitment. She also served as an adjunct assistant professor at USC for twelve years. Tarrant earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Boston University, and her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California.
