Jasson Baker joined Norco College in March 2022 as the new Custodial Manager for Norco College. Jasson has spent 26 years in the cleaning industry working in leadership roles such as supervisor, operations manager and account manager creating efficiencies for stream lining processes and bringing to bear best cleaning practices at office buildings, health clinics and research institutes. Jasson is coming to us directly from UCLA where his role as Principle Supervisor of the South District where he oversaw the custodial staff and duties of 35 buildings. He is focused on green cleaning initiatives, as well as creating best practices in cleaning for health by using scientifically proven cleaning techniques. His continued drive to improve has resulted in an EPA certified for school disinfection, continued education courses in Management/OS1 at the University of Washington and HR People Management from UCLA.
Jasson is not all about keeping the facilities clean and serving the campus and community, he also enjoys spending time with his wife and four children at amusement parks, picnic outings, beaches, movies and road trips. Fun Fact: Jasson likes to get into the dirt as he enjoys amateur golds prospecting in SoCal rivers and streams as well as sluicing and gold panning.
