Chef Antonio brings with him 23 years in the hospitality and food services industry, mainly focusing on “creating meals and memories that bring people together”. Over Chef’s broad ranging career, he has grown through the ranks as Executive Chef, Lecturer at Cal Poly Pomona, and most recently as the Director of Dining Services for large healthcare organizations.
Chef Antonio earned both his MS and BS in Hospitality Management from Cal Poly Pomona, as well as a Culinary Arts Diploma from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA. He is a Certified Executive Chef, a Certified Dietary Manager, and a Certified ServSafe Manager and Instructor!
