Monica is truly the heart and backbone of our Student Services division. Her warm and welcoming demeanor creates an inviting atmosphere where students, faculty, staff, and guests feel valued and supported. Monica’s dedication goes above and beyond as she ensures that everyone who steps into the Student Services office receives the assistance and care they need. Her colleagues describe her as an invaluable resource—always ready to lend her expertise, offer a helping hand, and bring her creative vision to life for college events and activities. Monica’s artistry shines through in the beautifully decorated events and celebrations she helps coordinate, leaving a lasting impression on all who attend.

Monica also has a big heart for our students and a strong commitment to making them feel welcome. She often volunteers her time and talents to enhance the student experience at Norco College, making a meaningful impact that reflects her genuine care for our community.
