Azadeh is a true champion for students in the NextUp and Phoenix Scholars programs. She embodies an over-and-above attitude, consistently being accessible, inclusive, and equity-minded in her support of foster youth at Norco College. Her creativity, immense care, and commitment to student success are truly inspiring. Supporting over 60 foster youth with varying needs, Azadeh approaches every challenge with a can-do attitude. From addressing housing and food insecurities to managing emergency requests and providing referrals to Basic Needs, Health Services, and county resources, she goes the extra mile to ensure students are fully supported.

In addition to these efforts, Azadeh professionally manages a peer mentor program and works seamlessly with other campus programs to meet the unique needs of her students.
