Experience

Cathleen has served Norco College as the Nurse Practitioner from December 2018 thru August 2019. Cathleen was elevated in 2019 to her role as the Interim Director of Health Services. In July 2022, she became the official Director of Health Services.

 

 

Prior to Dr. Lisa McAllister accepting the Associate Dean of Health Services position at Mt. San Jacinto College, she made the wise selection of hiring Cathleen as our College’s Nurse Practitioner in December. Cathleen brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and compassion to this position, which will serve our growing student population well.

Cathleen received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Nursing from Concordia University in Irvine, and a Master of Science degree in Nursing, as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Cal State Long Beach. She has certificates in Wound Care, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, as well as being a Board Certified Registered Nurse. Cathleen is trilingual, being fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. We are very fortunate to have her in this very important role.
