Marissa Iliscupidez
Counselor
Hi! My name is Marissa Iliscupidez, and I am one of the counselors at Norco College! I’ve been here since 2011, and you can find me in General Counseling, the Transfer Center, and I'm also the designated counselor for the Honors Program. I am a first-generation college student. I transferred from a community college to Cal State San Bernardino as a Psychology major. I live locally with my husband and my goofy, sweet kids. I hope you come and see me sometime in Counseling because there are so many benefits to seeing a counselor like: developing an educational plan, talking about your career and major goals, and really just making sure that you're on the right track to meeting your goals. I hope you come see me sometime. Bye.

IN MEMORIAM - MARISSA ILISCUPIDEZ
It is with a heavy heart and great sorrow that we announce that one of our very own,
Marissa Iliscupidez, Associate Professor of Counseling/Assistant Department Chair,
wife of Dr. Greg Ferrer, and mother to Ben (6) and Mila (4), passed away unexpectedly
on December 24, 2022. Marissa has been an invaluable member of our Counseling Department
at Norco College for 12 years. The sudden loss of our friend and colleague will be
deeply felt, and our thoughts are with her family during this difficult time.
There will be great sadness in mourning the loss of our dear friend and colleague.
For those who have had the privilege of knowing Marissa, we know this will be a challenging
time. We know our Mustang family will support one another. Our college offers personal
counseling services through our Student Health Services office for those in need of support.
