Adam Martin

Adam Martin is a full-time faculty member of Norco College. He teaches in the areas
of business administration and entrepreneurship. Adam is the co-chair of the Course
Materials Affordability Committee and serves on the Marketing and LGBTQ+ Advocates
committees. Adam engages the local business community by leading the Entrepreneurship
Advisory Committee for Norco College.
Mr. Martin is a frequent speaker on the subjects of: entrepreneurship, business administration,
finance, investing, and special topics in valuation.
Prior to joining the faculty of Norco College, Adam instructed courses for UCR University
Extension, a division of the University of California, Riverside. Adam is a lifetime
member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society dedicated to high scholastic
achievement in the field of business.
Adam Martin has more than fifteen years of experience as an entrepreneur and small
business owner. He is the managing partner of a local consulting firm based in Montclair,
California. As a consultant, Adam employs a variety of analytical tools and technological
solutions to create forward progress toward his client’s goals.
Adam has worked with clients in both the public and private sector. His specialties
include business valuation, forecasting, and strategic transactions.
In 2015, Adam co-founded a legal technology company that specializes in the creation
of automated, web-based tools to assist family law attorneys, self-represented litigants,
and legal document assistants in the drafting of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders
(QDROs). The company strives to close the “justice gap” by making high quality legal
documents available to everyone in the United States, regardless of socioeconomic
status.
