Phoenix Scholars Program

The Phoenix Scholars Program is committed to improving educational outcomes of current and former foster youth by increasing access to college and supporting their academic success. Phoenix Scholars serves as an umbrella program to identify and allocate financial and educational services for students enrolled at Norco College. Program personnel collaborate with EOPS, NextUp, The Foster Youth Success Network, Student Equity, Student Financial Services, and community partners to help foster youth of all ages achieve their educational and career goals.
