Coming Soon: An Enhanced MyPortal Platform

On October 7, you'll have an enhanced MyPortal experience. The new version of MyPortal has better visuals, easier navigation, works on mobile, has improved cybersecurity, and offers seamless access to essential services such as Student Profile, Class Schedule, Financial Aid, Registration, and more. In this process, WebAdvisor will no longer be available to students. All WebAdvisor tasks can be completed in MyPortal. You may still access the old MyPortal as the changeover occurs, at portal.rcc.edu, or through the Norco College website. Our IT team is working diligently to resolve last-minute issues to ensure continuous end-to-end service.

MyPortal

MyPortal, which has replaced WebAdvisor, is the one-stop location for student tasks. Pay tuition, order transcripts and permits, check on holds, access your email and class registration, change your address, and more. Edunav, which can be accessed in MyPortal, is the platform that lets you plan, register and waitlist for classes across multiple terms.

Accessing MyPortal is simple; just log in with your student email. For help reading the schedule or registering, contact the Counseling Office or Admissions & Records.

Frequently Asked Questions

WebAdvisor for Students is being phased out of use. All platform capabilities have been rolled into the new MyPortal. 

Employees will continue to have access to WebAdvisor for Employees at the same web address.

MyPortal is a one-stop online platform that allows students to register for classes, complete important student tasks, manage their personal profiles, order and print transcripts, pay fees, and check test scores, and more.

EduNav allows students to plan and register for all courses in a guided, intuitive system personalized to their needs and preferences. Plus, EduNav helps students visualize their pathway to graduation, term by term - and understand how any changes to their plan affect their college completion timeline.

MyPortal supports the latest Chrome, Edge, and Firefox browsers.
