In partnership with local school districts and adult education institutions like the Corona-Norco Unified School District and local community centers, Norco College's Adult Education program is designed to serve the academic needs of adult school graduates and assist in making a seamless transition to college.

English as a Second Language (ESL) courses are designed to help students learn English and reach their various goals: enhance their academic writing and reading skills, improve their English language skills for work, and communicate more effectively in society.
