Eligibility

Who Can Apply? 

• Must be in the 9 or 10 grade at Centennial HS, Corona HS, or Norte Vista HS to be admitted into Upward Bound 
• Must meet the federal low-income guidelines and/or be a potential first-generation college bound student (neither parent received a four-year college degree in the United States) 
• Federal Income Guidelines 
• Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States 
• Must plan to attend college or university immediately after high school graduation
