Norco College New Student Kickoff 2025

Attention New Students!

The Norco College Kickoff is an immersive experience that guides new students through hands-on exercises focused on career decision-making, academic support, and financial planning to make sure each student starts strong and stays motivated.  Students can bring a family member, guardian, or supportive companion to participate too!

The Norco College Kickoff is the premiere activity for new students and comes with all of the following benefits:

  • Prepare for college life and connect with Norco College support services
  • Learn about debt-free college pathways, tuition-free programs, and free academic supports
  • Receive guided tutorials on the student portal, career exploration tools, and our financial literacy platform
  • Meet campus personnel and build a support network
  • Connect with other new students who share your interests
  • Verify your financial aid status and receive assistance with next steps
  • Schedule a one-on-one academic counseling appointment
  • Get equipped with free resources to help you succeed, including a college planner and academic calendar

Session 1 took place in June 2025, and Session 2 will take place August 4-5, 2025. Participation is limited to the first 150 students who sign up, so register today!

  • Check-in at the Theatre.

Dates: Monday, August 4, 2025 & Tuesday, August 5, 2025

  • Please plan to attend both days of the event.

Time: Check-in begins at 12:00pm; Event Sessions run from 1:00pm – 6:00pm

Some activities have been modified for an online format, but the content remains the same.
