Mustang of the Month - February 2022

Dr. Virgil Lee was nominated by more than one person, each described his inclusive spirit, keen editing eye, and above all his sense of fairness. One of his nominators writes, “He has a marvelous style about him. He's very much a collaborator who strives for fairness and peace. He's a masterful negotiator who is able to advocate for "the other side" as well as bridge the gap of compromise.” Dr. Lee is recognized for his kindness and sensitivity to the needs of others in addition to his innovative problem solving, and tireless dedication to making Norco College a better place to learn and work.
