The Planning and Development division leads the college's institutional effectiveness and external engagement efforts. This unit includes Grants, Marketing, Research, Adult Education, Workforce Development, Apprenticeships, Community Partnerships, and selected Strategic Initiatives. Planning & Development supports Norco College in (re)defining community college education while supporting efforts to increase college-going rates and college-completion rates. We invite you to partner with us to help change the trajectory of our students' lives and of our surrounding communities.
