Wellness Events & Workshops
Norco College Student Health Services is hosting Virtual Daily Wellness Activities Monday through Friday for our students on an ongoing basis. Come to one or all daily activities, learn, and share ways to balance and manage stress. Every day we will have different activities that reflect on the various topic regarding mental health and wellness.

Stop by Student Health Services all month long to pick up your lime green awareness pin and sign a pledge to advocate for mental health awareness on campus. May 1-5: Mental Health Action Week Participate in Mental Health Action Week online workshops aimed at providing valuable insights and tools to support mental health. Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session crafted to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Practice grounding and relaxation techniques to alleviate stress as we near the end of the semester. Date: Thursday, May 2 Participants will receive a complimentary yoga mat while supplies last. Light refreshments will be available. Prioritize your mental well-being and dedicate a day to mindfulness. We look forward to your presence! May 2: Know the Signs Engage with the statewide suicide prevention social marketing campaign, "Know the Signs." Learn how to recognize warning signs, initiate conversations with individuals in crisis, and access professional help and resources. Date: Thursday, May 2 May 16: Directing Change Attend the Riverside County-Directing Change Screening and Recognition Ceremony. Directing Change aims to prevent suicide, combat stigma surrounding mental illness, and promote the mental health and wellness of students statewide.
