Welcome to Mental Health Counseling!

At Student Health Services, we understand that good mental health impacts our success both academically and in life. To help you stay healthy, we provide free, short-term mental health counseling services both in-person and via telehealth. Our caring Mental Health Counselors work directly with students to address a variety of personal issues including adjustment to college life, family/relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, decision-making, and more.

  • Short-term treatment is typically 4-8 appointments.
  • Appointments are typically 40-50 minutes long.
  • Appointments are safe and confidential.

We are committed to providing care from a perspective of respect and sensitivity. Our mental health counseling team is knowledgeable and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of community college students, staff, and the community. We provide culturally responsive care and support to those we serve.
