The Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) Emergency Grant Application is
now open through Friday, May 14 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Check under the Financial Aid section on the WebAdvisor Students menu to access the
application.
HEERF provides one-time funding to institutions to provide emergency relief grants
to students who incur emergency expenses due to the COVID-19 pandemic such as health
care, mental health care, childcare, and any component of your cost of attendance.
In 2020, this grant was known as the CARES Act Funding.

Eligibility for the Grant:
- Your home college (MVC, NC, RCC) received an official 2020-2021 FAFSA or CA Dream Application as of April 1, 2021
- Enrolled for spring 2021 term as of April 15, 2021
