Researchers at financial services company WalletHub have recently released their comprehensive analysis of 653 schools that are part of the American Association of Community Colleges. This year’s report highlights Norco College as one of the top 10 community colleges in California and 28th in the nation.
WalletHub’s analysis was featured on KTLA 5 where 77 specific two-year institutions across California were highlighted for WalletHub’s research. The researchers focused their evaluation of data on three key dimensions: cost and financing, education outcomes, and career outcomes. These dimensions were assessed using 18 total metrics, each graded on a 100-point scale. The researchers then weighted the average across all metrics to calculate an overall score.
Norco College achieved a score of 65.35/100, securing its place among California’s best community colleges. The first-place participant in the state scored 67.48, illustrating Norco College's competitive standing.
