Norco College proudly announces that Caitlin Busso, a distinguished Research Analyst in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, has been elected to the RP (Research and Planning) Group Board of Directors as a regional representative.
Starting in July 2024, Caitlin will serve a two-year term representing the 14 colleges in the Inland Empire, facilitating vital two-way communication between the RP Group and the Institutional Research and Planning community.
Caitlin Busso has been an integral part of Norco College for the past 12 years, providing exemplary research leadership across various significant initiatives. Her contributions have been instrumental in developing and implementing the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, the Student Equity Planning Institute, the Data Equity Fellowship of the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, and the Region 9 Research Group.
