Within the School of Social & Behavioral Sciences, The Administration of Justice (ADJ) program is quickly gaining recognition as one of the fastest growing programs offered at Norco College. With over 250 percent growth in the last three years, the Administration of Justice program is exceeding expectations as it offers quality curriculum taught by professors with over 150 years of combined experience in all levels of law enforcement, investigative services, criminalistics, and corrections.
Students can earn a certificate in Crime Scene Investigation or an Associate Degree of Transfer to help them into a career making a livable wage or moving forward into a four-year university and graduate programs. ADJ is part of the dual enrollment program with Corona-Norco Unified School District (CNUSD), and has established articulation agreements with our veterans program.
Under the direction of Professor Sigrid Williams, the ADJ program has expanded to offer six different pathways for students to navigate based on their desired career goals:
- Law Enforcement
- Court Systems
- Juvenile Justice
- Crime Scene Analysis
- Corrections
- Law School
The following three new classes have been added to the curriculum:
- Corrections (ADJ-20)
- Criminalistics (ADJ-12)
- Policing (ADJ-19)
