Over the past few years, the Institutional Research website has made some upgrades in data, dashboards, and other sources of available data that might assist you in your job. These workshops will focus on one or two tools that can help you make your own “data magic”. If you have an idea for a Data Magic Workshop, please email your suggestions to Research@norcocollege.edu.

Data Magic: Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard Workshop 9-This workshop covers the Norco College Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard available on the Institutional Research College Data Webpage. Learn how to navigate the many available reports.

Data Magic: RCCD Guided Pathways Dashboard Workshop 8- Learn what and where data is available on the Riverside Community College Guided Pathways Dashboard. To request access to the Guided Pathways Dashboard Please email Research@norcocollege.edu.

Data Magic: Data Mart a Deeper Dive. Workshop 7- Learn what and where data is available on California Community College Chancellor's Office Management Information Systems Data Mart. This workshop dives deeper into a few of the frequently used dashboards.

Data Magic Workshop 6- Program Review Dashboards: Learn how to navigate the Program Review dashboards within the Nuventive platform and complete your own Data Story. This workshop will cover the Instructional and Student Services Data story tutorials.

Data Magic Workshop 5- The Data Story 2016-2020: Learn the Data Story of the incoming students of 2016 and how they did by the spring of 2020. Read the Data Story and view the PowerPoint from the workshop.

Data Magic Workshop 4- Guided Pathways Dashboards: Learn what and where data is available on Cal-PASS Plus- Guided Pathways.

Data Magic Workshop 3- Equity: Learn about the history of the Equity Plan, what guides the Equity Plan, and look at some recent African American/ Black student pathway data.
