Norco College is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of our tutors who have earned certification from the College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) at the culmination of the 2023-2024 academic year. These certifications reflect the rigorous training and dedication our tutors have demonstrated to support their peers in academic success.

CRLA certification is a prestigious recognition that signifies a tutor's depth of training and the completion of sufficient practical hours. The certification process is divided into two levels:

- Level 1 Certification: Awarded to tutors who have met the training and practical hour requirements, providing them with a strong foundation in tutoring techniques and best practices.

- Level 2 Certification: Requires completion of Level 1 and additional training and practical hours focused on metacognitive strategies and the psychosocial aspects of tutoring.
