IT Network Outage: Friday, August 9, 2019, 1:00pm-5:00pm

As part of upgrading and improving key components of RCCD's network, some downtime is necessary to transition to new equipment/systems.  Network Outage is planned for the afternoon of Friday, August 9, 2019.  Starting at 1:00pm, access to Internet and centralized resources will be down. This includes Datatel/Colleague, Galaxy, file shares, ETrieve, VPN, the Internet. On/after 1:30pm, access will be restored gradually, as connections are reestablished. We expect full completion by 5:00pm.
