Requirements to Access Campus in Spring 2022
1. Fully vaccinated and boosted
Upload your booster in Cleared4 by February 17, 2022. Each student was emailed a personal link to Cleared4.
2. Fully vaccinated, NOT boosted, eligible*
You must get a booster before March 15, 2022. Starting February 21, 2022, you must have a negative COVID test taken within the last 7 days in Cleared4 until proof of a booster is submitted. At Home Antigen tests will not be accepted. You can make an appointment through Cleared4 for on campus testing and the results will upload to Cleared4 automatically. If you get tested offsite, you must upload your test results to Cleared4.
3. Fully vaccinated, NOT boosted, NOT eligible*
You must receive a booster within 30 days of eligibility. Once you become eligible, you must have a negative COVID test taken within the last 7 days in Cleared4 until proof of a booster is submitted. At Home Antigen tests will not be accepted. You can make an appointment through Cleared4 for on campus testing and the results will upload to Cleared4 automatically. If you get tested offsite, you must upload your test results.
4. Medical or religious accommodation
Students who are requesting an accommodation should complete the appropriate form. Forms will be reviewed within 5 days.

*You are eligible for a booster two months after the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or five months after the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.
