The COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shot are required for all individuals accessing
District and college facilities. Announcements about due dates, grace periods, enrollment
deadlines, and the availability of face-to-face (F2F), hybrid and online classes have
been sent via email, text and communications from my office and various college departments.
In the most recent addendum to the COVID-19 vaccination mandate resolution approved by the RCCD Board of Trustees, an accommodation for medical and religious
beliefs was announced. Links to the religious accommodation form and the medical accommodation form for students are now available on the Safe Return home page. Individuals with an
approved accommodation who need to access F2F and hybrid classes and on-campus student
services must be tested weekly and submit the test results in Cleared4. Questions
about religious accommodations can be directed to: RCCDVaxAccom@rccd.edu
COVID-19 Testing
If you get tested at the District's onsite testing locations, your test results will
be imported to Cleared4 automatically. If you test offsite, you will need to upload
your testing result into Cleared4. Onsite testing is available every week until further
notice on the following days at these times and locations:
- Ben Clark Training Center - Modular Building 8, Tues. & Wed. 8 am – 9 am (Ben Clark employees and students only)
- Moreno Valley College - Administration Annex Building, Tues. 11 am – 3 pm
- Norco College - Mustang Lounge, Mon. 11 am - 3 pm
- Riverside City College – Nursing 156, Thurs. 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Boosters Required for Spring Term
If you have already received your COVID-19 booster shot, you should upload evidence of receiving your booster in Cleared4 by February 1. If you have not yet complied with this requirement, you will have a thirty-day grace period from February 1 (or the day you become eligible for the booster) to get the shot and upload the evidence in Cleared4. Weekly COVID-19 testing will be required with evidence of negative results uploaded in Cleared4 if you are in the process of getting your required booster shot..
How to Get Your Booster
You should schedule your booster shot as soon as becoming eligible. You can find vaccination locations on the Myturn website. The District will be holding onsite vaccination clinics in the next few weeks (as shown below). You can make your appointment using the following link: https://kordinator.mhealthcoach.net/vcl/1616538142182

Only those individuals who have met the vaccination or accommodation requirements and who receive a blue access pass from Cleared4 are allowed to access District or college facilities.
Because of you and your cooperation we have been successful in making our colleges safe places to learn and work. We appreciate your observance of these guidelines and look forward to seeing more of you in the spring!
