Introduction to Social Justice Studies

Social justice studies is the study of equal economic, political and social rights and opportunities. Social justice education helps develop awareness of injustice in our personal lives, communities, institutions and the broader society.

Our social justice studies program offers political science for transfer (AA-T) degrees, and social and behavioral sciences associate's degrees and certificates.

Norco College student Lailah Bezan was selected as the 2021 Student of Distinction in the discipline of Political Science. Hear her story of wanting to become a child advocacy lawyer.
