Application Process
As a federal program, Upward Bound is required to have an application process. The
Upward Bound Programs at Norco College work with three local high schools: Centennial,
Corona, and Norte Vista.
- Complete an online application
- Attend scheduled interview with a parent/guardian
- Receive notification of admission decision
To apply, please click the button below that corresponds to your high school. If you
are an 8 grader, please complete the application for the school you will attend as
a 9 grader.
