PIPETTING AND SERIAL DILUTIONS & INTRODUCTION TO ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY:

PIPETTING AND SERIAL DILUTIONS:
Students will learn proper pipetting technique (precision and consistency)
Students will be taught how to produce a serial dilution

INTRODUCTION TO ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY:
Introduction to EIA methodology using serum samples
Students will be taught specific techniques in EIA procedures
Students will be taught to create a standard curve and conduct data analysis on samples *Beneficial for students who took the pipetting workshop!
