Norco College Music Students to Release Ninth Album

On Friday, November 1, Norco Music students will release their ninth studio album and will host a community friendly album release event at the FieldHouse at Silverlakes at 6 pm.

The album, titled, Beneath the Surface, boasts thirty-six tracks, all written and recorded by Norco College music students under the direction of Music Industry Studies faculty member, Brady Kerr. Thirty-eight artists participated in the writing and recording process of this album.

After recording over 80 songs during the 2018-2019 academic year, the track list was narrowed down by a panel of judges consisting of fourteen industry professionals, Norco College Music alumni, and fans of Norco Music.

“I think I say this every year — and I mean it every time — but this album is our best one to date," Kerr says. “There is so much undeniable talent here at Norco College, and I feel so blessed, every day, to be a part of something so profound and life-changing for our students. I am constantly in awe of their artistry and vulnerability."

The album will be available on all digital platforms as well as physical copies available for $20 each. To find out more about the event or to purchase a CD, contact brady.kerr@norcocollege.edu. Learn about the Norco College music program at www.norcomusic.com
