NC Named Eastvale Chamber of Commerce's Champion of the Year

Norco College has been named the Eastvale Chamber of Commerce's Champion of the Year, recognizing the college's commitment to expanding educational opportunities, strengthening workforce development, and building lasting partnerships throughout the Eastvale community.

The award was presented during the Eastvale Chamber of Commerce's Annual Installation Dinner and Awards Banquet on July 30. The event celebrated businesses, organizations and community leaders whose contributions have made a lasting impact on Eastvale's continued growth and success.

"Norco College is honored to receive this recognition from the Eastvale Chamber of Commerce," said Monica Green, Ed.D., president of Norco College. "This award reflects the dedication of our faculty, staff and community partners who work every day to create opportunities for students while supporting the economic vitality of Eastvale and the surrounding region. We are proud to be part of a community that values education, innovation and collaboration."

Serving Eastvale, Norco, Corona, Jurupa Valley, and Temescal Valley, Norco College has developed strong partnerships with local school districts, businesses and civic organizations to expand access to higher education and prepare students for successful careers.

The college continues to expand its presence in Eastvale through Norco College at Eastvale, bringing educational opportunities closer to one of the region's fastest-growing communities. In partnership with the City of Eastvale, the future Eastvale Innovation Center will provide expanded access to higher education, workforce training and entrepreneurship, helping prepare students for in-demand careers while supporting local business growth.

As an active member of the Eastvale Chamber of Commerce, Norco College collaborates with business and community leaders to strengthen workforce pipelines, align educational programs with regional industry needs, and support the city's continued economic development.
