In real estate management, the property manager or management company has four major areas of responsibility: Marketing and Financial, Tenant and Occupancy, Facility, and Administration & Risk Management..

The MANAGEMENT certificate prepares individuals to plan, organize, direct and control the functions and processes of a profit or nonprofit organization with an emphasis on people as the most important asset of a business.

The REAL ESTATE certificate prepares students to understand and perform effectively in the California real estate industry and to obtain a California Real Estate license.

9 UNIT CERTIFICATE
The REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON & TRANSACTION certificate prepares students to qualify for the California Real Estate Salesperson license and to successfully take the California Real Estate Salesperson exam. Prepares students to buy, sell and lease, and to represent others to buy, sell and lease residential and commercial real estate property.
