Engineering is the application of mathematics, as well as scientific, economic, social, and practical knowledge to invent, innovate, design, build, maintain, research, and improve structures, machines, tools, systems, components, materials, processes, solutions, and organizations.
There are many types of engineering degrees. A degree in engineering can lead students to one of the following careers: computer engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, civil engineer, environmental engineer, geotechnical engineer, architechtural engineer and aerospace engineer.
Listed below are programs of study offered by Norco College and requirements for specific certificates and degrees. Students are encouraged to meet with a counselor for individual education planning.
Any request for a course substitution or waiver may be discussed with a counselor and must be submitted for approval to the Admissions and Records Office.
