Email from Lynda.comHow do I set up my account?

Norco College has created a Lynda.com account for you.  An email with password and profile instructions was sent to your student e-mail account (@student.rcc.edu) or employee account (@norcocollege.edu or @rccd.edu). The link is good for seven days. Be sure to check your Junk E-mail in case you don't see it in your Inbox.

If you did not receive an email, or did not complete your profile within the seven day timeframe, please email lynda@norcocollege.edu and request username activation.  Once account is recreated, you will receive another email with a link to complete your profile. 

What is my username and password?

Norco College creates all accounts for employees and students.  Username will be your college email address and it cannot be changed.  When profile is completed, you will be asked to create a password.  It must be at least six characters with a letter and a number.

What is the eligibility criteria for Lynda.com access?

  • Students – Students must be enrolled in at least one class at Norco College in the current semester by the census date (Last Day to Add) to be eligible for a Lynda.com account.
  • Employees – Norco College staff who are permanent full-time and part-time, stationed at Norco College 100% of their work time are eligible for a Lynda.com account.  Norco College faculty, with a current teaching assignment (TA) at Norco College, are eligible for a Lynda.com account.
